No, payment is not accepted at the class. Payment is required in advance of all public class offerings. The Automated registration system only accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover card transactions. If you need to pay via Venmo or CashApp, please contact us directly via email or phone.
Private groups, corporate businesses, schools, and camps must pay in full one week prior to the date of training unless other arrangements have been made.
A full refund will be given if 7 or more days notice is given. Notice within days 4-6 will be charged a twenty ($20) dollar processing fee per student. Absolutely NO REFUND will be given for notice less than 4 days prior to class date, or for individuals who do not show up for class, or who individuals who are late to class and turned away.
All cancellation and refund request must be done via email @ info@rhythmmatterscpr.com. Put refund request in the subject line. Emails are replied to within one (1) business day unless it is a holiday and replies will be the next following business day.
In a situation where weather prevents a class from taking place, all students registered will be notified at least one (1) hour prior to the class start by email and an attempt to call and/or text will be made to ensure all students are notified and aware of the cancellation. Weather related class cancellations do not entitle students to a refund, but a student may transfer to another class date without incurring any additional fees.
In extremely rare situations where there is low class enrollment or other reasons beyond our control, a class may need to be canceled. Students will be notified as soon as possible via email and an attempt by phone and/or text. Students will be offered an opportunity to transfer to another class date at no additional cost to student.
Yes, you situations my occur requiring a student to need to transfer to a new date and time. If you need to transfer, send request via email info@rhythmmatterscpr.com. In subject line: class transfer request. In the body of the email you must include the current date and time of your class and put the date and time of the class you would like to transfer to. You must submit the request two weeks (2) prior to either the initial class and the transfer class you're requesting. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm the transfer. Students are only able to request a transfer once without incurring charges. Any further request to transfer, student is subject to a $15 processing fee. A student is only able to request a transfer a maximum of 2 times. Any further need to transfer a date and time will be subject to cancellation policy rules and fees.
After completion of either in-person or blended learning course including in-person skills assessment, you will receive an email within two (2) business days to claim your card. Once claimed you can print the card if you choose to. Follow the instructions given at the end of your class on how to claim your E-card.
After successful completion of American Red Cross or American Heart Association in-person or blended learning course training your certification card will be valid for two years from the date on the card.
To view an AHA certification card, visit E-cards search page. On the "student" tab, enter your name and email address that you used to register for the course. or enter your E-card code at the bottom of the page and click search. For ARC certification card, go to redcross.org, find my certificate tab, search by your email you used to register for course, your name and date of course, or certificate number and click find. For additional help, contact your training facility.
Customers of the above company agrees to allow Rhythm Matters CPR, LLC and any of its staff to use his/her/they/them images or videos in any form, for use at any time, in any media marketing, advertising, promotional material, or illustration related to the business.
